Friday, the House GOP saw the result in the vote on their so-called health care bill.

For years, they’ve been repealing Obamacare. Sixty times they did it. But it was all rehearsal. Friday came the performance. And, wouldn’t you know it, the 61st run-though was the same as the first 60.

No is not a program.

Dems are now in the opposition. We’re going to say no to a lot that is offered by the GOP administration. But saying no is very habit forming.

So we need to be very careful about the nos. We can’t think of it just in marketing terms. We have to think about policy and principle each time.
